Motorcyclist killed in Brampton hit-and-run, driver charged with impairment: police

BRAMPTON - Peel Regional Police say a 21-year-old motorcyclist died in a hit-and-run collision involving an SUV whose driver was later arrested for impaired driving. 

At the scene of the crash in Brampton, media officer Laurie McCann told reporters that the SUV fled after colliding with the motorcycle at the intersection of Bovaird Drive and Yellow Brick Road early Saturday morning.
