Additional charge added for N.S. teen accused of planning attack on rural school

BRIDGEWATER, N.S. - A teenager from the South Shore of Nova Scotia accused of conspiring online with a youth in Manitoba to commit simultaneous attacks at their rural schools is facing an additional charge. 

The 15-year-old from Bridgewater, N.S., is facing a charge of counselling another person to commit an indictable offence.
