LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Louisville interim Police Chief Paul Humphrey, a two-decade veteran of the department, was named full-time chief on Monday.

Humphrey when former Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel was suspended for her handling of a sexual harassment claim within the department.
