Alberta Mountie charged with assault with weapon over 2023 incident in Valleyview

VALLEYVIEW - An Alberta Mountie is facing a criminal charge of assault with a weapon.

The province’s police watchdog agency says the case involves a Valleyview RCMP officer and is tied to an incident in November of 2023.
