OTTAWA - Tatiana Auguste is returning to the House of Commons after winning a hotly contested byelection in the Quebec riding of Terrebonne, Elections Canada reported.
The Liberals swept three byelections, giving Prime Minister Mark Carney鈥檚 government 174 seats and a majority in the House of Commons.
