TORONTO - Toronto police say Chief Myron Demkiw is seeking the dismissal of an officer who was charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 16. 

Ontario's police watchdog has laid numerous charges against Const. Parsa Hazeri, including sexual assault, sexual interference, breach of trust and careless handling of a firearm.
