P.E.I. deficit brings pressure, not crisis, says credit ratings agency

CHARLOTTETOWN - Fire crews on Prince Edward Island say tragedy has struck in Charlottetown after two people were killed and three more were sent to hospital following a weekend blaze.

The Charlottetown Fire Department says crews were called Sunday to a multi-unit residential building on Green Street, near the city's downtown.
