MONTREAL - Quebec provincial police have arrested a 63-year-old woman in the death of a man who was killed in 2000 just months after winning the lottery.

Aline Girardin was arrested Thursday and later charged in Trois-Rivières, Que., with second-degree murder and the desecration of the corpse of Louis Valentine.
