Saskatchewan court dismisses Crown appeal in case of girl killed in crosswalk

SASKATOON - Saskatchewan's highest court has dismissed a Crown appeal and upheld the stay of a driver charged in the death of a nine-year old girl. 

The Court of Appeal says the charge against Taylor Kennedy was properly stayed.
