The company has also deleted all customer social insurance numbers it had on file, a commitment it made to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.    Sood says trust is earned, not given, and acknowledges the utility has a lot of work to do, including fixing those inflated bills. The company is also in the middle of a rate increase process, with a final ruling expected in less than a month. This report by ¹ú²úÓÕ»ó¸£Àû was first published March 31, 2026. ¹ú²úÓÕ»ó¸£Àû SMS Email Print Copy article link Save Tags Atlantic Business More Business Stories Nevada lithium mine will crush rare plant habitat US said is critical to its survival, lawsuit says Warner Bros reopens takeover talks with Paramount after receiving a waiver from Netflix Manitoba premier hints U.S. firms could be excluded from energy infrastructure work Waterloo software firm OpenText cuts 1,200 jobs as part of business optimization plan PGA Tour strikes $3 billion deal with Fenway-led investment group.
