RCMP make arrest, urge people to be wary of cold calls offering phone upgrades

COOK'S COVE - Police in Nova Scotia say they are searching for a child who fell into the water in Cook's Cove, located on the eastern side of the province.

A news release says Guysborough County RCMP responded to reports of a child falling into the water Thursday afternoon.
